This research aims to know the effectiveness of digital communication and its relation to the quality of teaching among female teachers in government morning secondary schools for girls. Using the descriptive analytical approach, the study included a sample of 200 female teachers from government secondary school teachers for girls in Wasit Governorate. The two research tools used, effective digital communication and teaching quality, were subjected to verification of standard properties, including apparent validity and construct validity. Their stability was verified through Cronbach's alpha, which ensures their internal consistency. The results of the study revealed the presence of effective digital communication and teaching quality among secondary school teachers and that they enjoy teaching quality. The research also proved the existence of a statistically significant relationship between effective digital communication among secondary school teachers and the quality of their teaching.
