Holistic Thinking and its Relation to the Emotional Resilience of University Students

The progress of nations and peoples at the present time does not depend only on what they have of material capabilities, but also depends on what they have of human capabilities represented by individuals and creative thinkers who have emotional flexibility and the ability to confront problems and work to solve them in all fields of life, and this only comes through Thinking and flexibility in overcoming solving problems, which has become one of the main features in the various political, economic, social and educational fields. Most educational psychologists believe that the holistic thinking style is one of the most important types of thinking that is characterized by its ability to move widely and comprehensively, and helps to select the best and most correct solutions in solving problems. Logically, as holistic thinking plays a prominent and influential role in the individual in the performance of adaptations and activities that cannot be performed effectively without it. Increased interest in holistic thinking and emotional flexibility among learners increases their motivation and trains them to solve their problems and manage their lives and push them to keep pace with technological development, and from here The problem of the current research can be determined by answering the following question: What is the nature of the relationship between holistic thinking? and emotional resilience?
