Evaluation of the efficiency of educational and health services in the city of Ghar sokar

Abstract

This study came in its main objective to show the evaluation of the efflciency of  educational and health services in the city of Ghale sokar, which is the center of Ghale sokar district and an administrative unit located within the province of dhi Qar it is located in the northern part of the city of Nasiriyah, located between two latitudes (32,^⁻51,^°31) north and (38,^⁻4 ,^°46) east longitudes, with an area of (480) hectares organized in(9) Residential neighborhoods with a population size of (56203) people in the year 2020. The researcher used a systems technology Information (GIS) map v.10.1  in the signature of educational and health institutions.

The study relied in large part on field work and designed a questionnaire number (1). Of these,(150) questionnaires were distributed, in addition to the office effort , which included a field survey institutions associated with those services, and determining the efficiency of services based on a number of criteria Local planning as well as the criteria for the degree of satisfaction of the population and accessibility has shown the study  showed that there is a discrepancy in the distribution of educational and health services, as it turns out the there is a defect in the efficiency of the spatial distribution of services in the city of Ghale sokar, and there is a clear shortage of the amount of services provided to these neighborhoods.

The study included three sections, the first section dealt with theoretical concepts, while the second topic  dealt with it ensures the efficiency of  educational services and the planning criterion for studying the efficiency of those services the third is the efficiency of health services and the planning terms used to determine the extent of the efficiency of these services the researcher came up with a number of recommendations in the hope that the concerned departments will take them to reach achieving the desired goals
