Fees and Payment

Researchers wishing to publish in the Journal of the College of Education (JCE) are required to pay a subscription fee as follows:

  • 100,000 Iraqi Dinars for researchers based inside Iraq
  • 100 USD for researchers outside Iraq

Payment Methods:

  1. Direct Payment:
    Payments can be made in person at the College of Education building, Wasit University.
  2. Zain Cash Transfer:
    Transfer via Zain Cash to the number: 07804277177
  3. Spectrum Company Financial Transfer:
    Transfers addressed to the Journal authorization:
    Hazem Anwer Jasem
  4. Western Union Transfer:
    Transfers can be sent via Western Union to Wasit, addressed to:
    Hazem Anwer Jasem

(Please note: The journal does not cover any transfer commission fees.)
