Abstract

       One of the important things in Islamic Fiqeh is to study, The Research: is a statement of the legal ruling for selling a sale before the sale of the sale , as well as confusion about the judgment of people when dealing with banks and companies and the ruling on them being in a critical situation when they deal in forms of sale such as the sale of Murabaha and the receipt of checks or as for the research plan, the necessity of the research required that I divide it into introduction, and three topics as follows:

The first topic: definition of sale language and idiom .

The second topic: Ruling on selling the sale befor arresting

The third topic: pictures and applications on the sale before it iscaptured the first requirement: the collection of checks The second requirement selling the murabahah Conclusion and summarize the most important results, which I reached through the research.
