This resulted in a problem that added to what exists, namely children born in the war as a result of marriage that was held in courts that counted The terrorist organization is legal in Nineveh governorate specifically, to whom the children of rapists are added by the members of those gangs and children belonging to these gangs, Iraqis and foreigners who entered Iraq with their families, kidnappers and recruits to fight those whose origins are unknown, these gangs left values, ideas, and culture that society did not have in the province Nineveh before, as society was restored to the eras of pre-Islamic times through the values ​​of nomadism in captivity, killing on religious and ethnic identity, denunciation of religions, degradation of the dignity of women, abolition, muffling the features of civilization, science, technical development and discontinuation from the outside world.

     This left a set of challenges facing the acceptance of the children of these gangs or those who belong to them in society and the difficulty of recognizing the marriages that occurred during the period of the ISIS gangs rule in Nineveh Governorate, and the issue of challenges posed by these children is one of the sensitive and serious issues in the current stage that are left without solutions, as they are left without solutions. Iraqi society will be born with problems that will be difficult to solve in the coming days. Children are held in prisons and camps with their mothers or companions, and there has been no movement to rehabilitate them to remove the remaining ideas and values ​​of these gangs from their minds.
