Abstract

The research stands on the history of mentioning the term of the sentence for Arabic grammarians, as the term of the sentence was not used by the early Arabic grammarians, instead the term of speech was used in their writings, and then it examines its occurrences for Imam Al-Sadiq (ealayh alsalam) and its implications in the context of his speech and the impact of the context of the sentence in the book of Tawheed and directing those who deny monotheism and those who say otherwise, according to the use of certain structures for that. The importance of the research in this text increases due to the spread of atheism at that time and also because it is considered one of the texts dating back to the era of the first martyrdom. The research consists of an introduction to the sentence for Arabic grammarians and then a definition of the nominal sentence and its occurrence in terms of the debutante and the diversity of the predicate and the verbal sentence in terms of the necessary verb and transitive and passive and the significance of its occurrence at him (ealayh alsalam). The research analyzes the structure of the sentence for him (ealayh alsalam) and its relationship to the response to atheists and those who belive in absurdity.
