Abstract

      The concept of cultural diversity is considered one of the important concepts in modern society, as it has assumed major importance since the beginning of the twenty-first century, and after the end of the Cold War and the disappearance of bipolarity in the world, this led to the emergence of new points of tension and attraction at the cultural level of countries, even ethnic ones, and cultural diversity is linked to the concept of The state, with a certain understanding, may constitute a source of threat or may be of benefit to society in all its manifestations and activities, and this is what the state of Malaysia enjoys in terms of cultural diversity, as it has an ethnographic composition that includes the Malay minority, who are the inhabitants of the land of the state, the Chinese with the largest minority presence, the Indian minority, as well as the Eurasian minorities On this basis, languages have diversified in Malaysia, so it is necessary to study the cultural diversity of common affiliation in one country, especially linguistic diversity. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was: Education in the Malay language contributes to preserving its vitality as the original mother tongue, which is reflected in the strength of the state of Malaysia as the social and personal entity within the political borders of the state. Education, especially universities.
