Divorce and its relationship to some variables in the Iraqi environment

Abstract

    The problem of divorce is a challenge to our world today, as forgetfulness has doubled in the last two decades compared to the previous one, and perhaps in the Iraqi social environment we face this problem many times over until it turned into a relative phenomenon if we know that in the month of September of this year alone, ethnic courts recorded (8891) cases of divorce compared to (4153) ) a marriage, and we can imagine the magnitude of the disaster and its grave consequences in all aspects of life, which must be addressed by all means before it devours the remaining moral values and civilized behaviors in our society, which lives in a circle of problems at all levels, and because the researcher did not find a study conducted on This grave problem after the events of April 2003, as far as he knows, and due to the noticeable change in the rate of escalation of the phenomenon recently compared to the prehistoric period previously, the researcher found it his national and specialist duty to initiate this research to find out the nature of this change with tools that meet the conditions of honesty and objectivity as possible in order to reach results that can be relied upon. In order for this research to be a modest first step to stimulate more extensive studies and research in the context of this problem in the future, starting with a question that says: Is the divorce related to some variables in the Iraqi environment or not?.
