The objective of the current research is to identify digital geography and .The use of geographic information systems techniques in teaching geography to students, and what impact it can leave in the development modernization of education to meet the requirements of this era, the information revolution and the knowledge explosion, because of the advantages contained in these systems represented in the information service and its use of technologies Modern technology in education, which is characterized by high speed in transferring information and its use of modern sources and linking them, as well as objectivity and complete impartiality and provide a factor of excitement and suspense for the learner and make the learner a positive recipient and seeker of information and the possibility of developing scientific thinking skills and deductive and creative thinking through the use of this technology. The current research is determined by sample's of fifth grad literary Student in academic year 2022-2023, and the research adopted the experimental design name design of experimental and control group at partial control. An achievement test, and its validity and reliability were calculated, and from the discriminatory powers, and coefficients of difficulty of the paragraphs, and statistically in significant on difference to founded between in the average scores on achievement test for student two seek group's, to benefit students in experimental group's study digital geography and use of geographic information systems techniques and in the light of the results it reached The current research The researcher concluded a number of in conclusions and recommendation`s.
