Abstract

The subject of the research deals with the treatment of the most important crimes of genocide and the human rights of people and societies and the exposure of their Lives and rights to violation during successive periods of time and in different societies,especially the Iraqi society, which has been subjected to repeated abuses during successive periods of time .these crimes Led to the killing and disappearance of hundreds of thousands of young people and innocent,peopIe there fore, this research sheds light on these massacres and the  international and domestic measures which are necessary to limit this phenonenon and it try to eliminate it or at least reduce it .
