Abstract

      Praise be to Allaah, the Creator of Man, the Mentor of the Manifesto, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger. Adnan and his good and pure family and his companions.

      The poet , Dirar ibn al-Azwar , is one of the knights poets in the era of Islam. He had many jihadist stances in the wars fought by the Arabs in that period, and his poetry included a number of poetic texts that characterized the narrative character of those jihadist stances expressing through his experience and self from feelings combined joy, habit, sadness and pain I love the moments experienced by the poet.

      My research finds out those texts and to shows the aesthetics of expression through optional subjects as I found a number of texts carrying a narrative character. I stood at the means through which Building the narrative text, and I chose (description, dialogue), as I touched those texts by trying to stand at the reservoirs of artistic beauty through the texts selected for analysis. , Then I give briefly the life of the poet, and the concept of narration, and then divided the research on two subjects: description and dialogue.
