Abstract

The study of constitution is considered one of the most vital and important issues because it represents the critical stage nature that Lebanon is passing through in particular and the Arab Homeland in general . Lebanon is suffering from detestable political sectarian disputes and conflicts . Thus, constitution becomes a must to but an and to the violation of human tights . The application of the state constitution and the consideration of the constitution as the basic law of the country lead to end the exceptional condition and to regain the state prestige which is represented by the election of Sharl Al- Dabbas who is considered the man of the stage of Lebanon in general and France in particular . In 1932, the constitution became unworkable because of the nature of the stage at that time and because the Maron became the people who wanted to build Lebanon and to isolate the objectors .
