تهتم الدراسة الحالية بتحليل تأثير إساءة إستخدام اللغة على الأفراد تحليلاً تداولياً.. انموذج التحليل المستعمل في الرسالة الحالية هو نظرية التلميح والمبادئ التعاونية لكرايس(1975). وظفت الباحثة النظرية النوعية للحصول على فحص و فهم عميق لبيانات الدراسة. تُكشف نتائج هذه الدراسة إن التحليل التداولي يُظهر إمكانية استعمال اللغة كأداة لنشر القوة والسلطة معاً والتي يمكن أن تقود الى استبداد كامل عندما يضمُن أصحاب السلطة أهدافهم و نواياهم بالكلمات التي يستعملونها. يحدُث المعنى الضمني عندما لا يستخد لمتكلم اللغة بصورة مباشرة و ينتَهك مبادىء العلاقة و الاسلوب, الجودة أو الكمية و عندما يكون غير مُتعاوِن. و تُظهِر هذهِ الدراسة أيضاً الدور والقوة التي تمتلِكُها اللغة على فكر وسلوك الافراد.
