الملخًص:
تبحث هذه الدراسة في أسلوب الكلام غير المباشر في خطاب ديفيد كاميرون حول داعش باستخدام نظرية براون وليفنسون عن الكلام غير المباشر وكذلك نظرية غرايس عن اسلوب التهذيب. الكلام غير المباشر أمر شائع الاستخدام حيث يحاول الناس التعبير عن افكارهم بصورة غير صريحة أو الالتفاف حول الموضوعات قيد المناقشة في هذه الظواهر. يرغب الناس في الاستفادة من الكلام غير المباشر أثناء تحدثهم مع بعض لأنه يمكنهم من الحصول على تواصل افضل. عندما يتعلق الأمر بالسياسة، يستخدم السياسيون الكلام غير المباشرعلى نطاق واسع في مختلف المواقف، لا سيما خلال المقابلات. وقد أصبحت المقابلات السياسية ساحة يمكن فيها إجراء دراسات عملية بسبب الدور الهام للكلام غير المباشر فيها. يمكن للسياسيين تحقيق أهدافهم في المقابلات السياسية دون أن يكونوا واضحين أو محددين أو دقيقين أو صادقين.
