Abstract

     After surveying the research (tongue and Language ) and its denotation in the Holly Quran , and in the modern linguistic lesson , it records a clear understanding to the modern scholars of these terms as well as establishing through the Holly Quran who uses (the tongue) to refer to the the communicative means among people.The term (Lugha ;Language)is missed in the Holly Quran and instead he uses what is derived from its base to refer to what is not accepted of conversation and stuffing which is nonsense beside the ignorance of the most linguistic sholars regarding the term (Al-Lyssan;tongue)
