Abstract

       The study is aimed at the identification of the negative sides of the teaching process by the point of view of male and female supervisors at basic schools. It is also to identify whether there is statistical differences under the degree of (0.05), in which it is attribute to the gender, scientific quality and years of experience. 

The study is limited to the supervisors’ attitudes on the basic education, so that, the sample is eleven directorates in central Erbil City in 2018-2019, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical methodology because of its compatibility with the objectives of the study, the data was collected from 160 supervisors in total of 85 males and 75 females, the research method is a 57 item questionnaire divided into certain criteria including teachers’ teaching, students’ learning, management and disciplines of management, curriculum contents, and evaluation. This is on the accounts of the features of psychomotor hierarchy. The study has face validity for it had been shown to some scholars who modified and made changes in order to measure what is supposed to measure, while the reliability is gained via the second distribution of the tool, in which it gained between (0.79-0.88), so that is has high reliability.

It has been concluded that there is no statistical difference in the degree of 0.05 between the male and female supervisors’ attitudes in measuring the five mentioned criteria. The study has certain recommendations that serve the objectives.
