In the teachers and teachers of the middle school (morning studies) of Karbala Governorate Center for the academic year (2019-2020) for a sample of (400) male and female teachers. The researcher adopted the Zaki scale (2017) of moral motivation after extracting the psychometric properties of sincerity and consistency. The results of the research showed that the teachers and middle school teachers have a weak moral motivation and there are statistically significant differences according to gender (male - female) in favor of females, and the specialty (scientific and literary) in favor of literary specialization, and then the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals
