Abstract

          As the international response continues to evolve, we know that organizations face significant challenges. The total number of cases registered in Iraq reached 772, while 54 deaths were recorded. On the other hand, sources confirmed that there are between three thousand and nine thousand confirmed cases. According to the latest statistics of the Central Bureau of Statistics, more than 20% fall below the national poverty line, while the unemployment rate among the youth is 22.7%.

 This means that about 35 million people in Iraq were affected, with an average of 580,000 Iraqi families (a family of 6 members) whose livelihoods have been affected to varying degrees due to the current situation.

 The private sector includes about seven million workers, and it is divided into organized and informal, at a rate of four million for the first year and three million for the second year.
