Societal factors for the work of the elderl

The elderly's matter is considered one of the important issues because it represents the essential segment within the society, and searching for their affairs and general conditions is not because of being a segment of the society without other categories, but rather that members at all ages of the society look forward to it as the last period of their life which is accompanied by many problems social, economic, health and psychological, and they are at this age in need of care, but in fact we find some of them work at this period of their lives.The main aim of the current research is to identify the most important reasons which lead to the work of the elderly, as well as diagnose the most important problems that face them and prevent them from achieving their needs and shed light on the role of social care for the elderly. In addition for seeking to draw the attention of the competent authorities and government institutions and the role of institutional shelter to know their reality social, health and psychological for this important group in society.
In order to verify the societal factors that contribute to the work of the elderly, the two researchers selected a simple random sample contained (50)from the elderly working in (Aluet Jamila) of different ages. We were unable to take a larger sample because of the impact of the epidemic and the fear of many elderly workers of the risk of infection.
The research is espoused two hypotheses, and a questionnaire was prepared for this purpose as the primary tool in the data collection procedure, as well as the interviews conducted with the soughters through the use of kay Square's canon to reach the nature of the relationship between variables.
The research found a statistically significant relationship between the work of the elderly and the support of their families according to their social class, as well as there is a statistically significant relationship showing the reasons for the work of the elderly and their social status.
