Self-awareness and its relationship to relationship management among a sample of traumatized persons

The current study aims to know the levels of self-awareness and the level of relationship management among a sample of traumatized students at the University of Anbar, and to reveal the quality of the relationship between self-awareness and relationship management among the sample members. It was applied after verifying its validity and stability. The second scale was for measuring relationship management, which was designed by the researcher. It was applied after verifying its validity and stability. The sample size in this research was (105) shocked students at the University of Anbar, who were chosen according to a simple random method. The results of the research revealed that the total value of the general arithmetic mean of the level of self-awareness of the traumatized students at the University of Anbar took a value of (3.89) corresponding to the degree (agree), and that the total value of the general arithmetic mean of the level of relationship management among the traumatized students at the University of Anbar took a value of (4.01). Corresponding to the degree (agree), the results also showed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between all domains of the self-awareness scale and the total score of the scale and the domains of the relationship management scale and the total score. As a result of these results, the researcher made several recommendations and suggestions.
