Women in monotheistic religions and different eras

Abstract

    This modest study dealt with the status of women throughout the ages, beginning with the pre-Islamic era and passing through their position as mentioned in the heavenly books and religions. And he gave her the right to everything and made her equal to the man according to the different concept of legal guardianship and differentiation in piety and belief in the superiority of the matter between them, as he determined her role in society and the great service she provides. The study concluded with a number of results, including: - that some eras reduced the role of women and deprived them of the right to participate in public and private matters, and they do not have the right to make decisions, and that they have no existence and are not equal to anything. The role of women, which the Islamic law endowed them with, to improve the conditions of women and raise their level in public life.
