The aim of this research is to reveal holistic thinking about sustainable environmental practices among university students in Iraq, and to determine the differences between males and females in this variable. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, which is concerned with describing phenomena as they are, and analyzing them in order to arrive at an explanation for them. A sample of The research included (200) male and female students, who were selected in an equal-random manner from college students at Al-Mustansiriya University and the University of Baghdad. The researcher built a test of holistic thinking about sustainable environmental practices among university students, and its face validity, construct validity, and reliability were verified using internal consistency (alpha). Cronbach), the results of the research concluded as follows:

There are statistically significant differences between males and females in holistic thinking about sustainable environmental practices among university students in Iraq, in favor of females.The research results can be explained by the following:
The researcher recommends conducting more studies on holistic thinking about sustainable environmental practices among university students in Iraq, using various research methods
