Abstract

           This study deals with the emergence of ancient Chinese thought and its intellectual concepts. The ancient Chinese thought arose from the very low social productive power and the inability of Chinese people to resist or find a reasonable explanation for natural disasters. The ideas of faith in religious superstitions inherited from primitive society developed greatly, To the cult of supernatural power, as well as that the Chinese were not only subjected to the cruelty of natural force, but also suffered from the arbitrariness of the social force that was more brutal than natural disasters. As a result, we will attempt to examine the causes and factors of the emergence of Chinese thought and development before the Confucian era.
