(Economic and social characteristics of rural women in the district of Chabayish for the year 2020 (a study in population geography)

Abstract

The research aimed to study the economic and social reality of rural women in the district of Chabayish, if rural women are an important segment that has a fundamental and important role in the production and development processes in any society.  The United Nations, by virtue of its resolution 62/136 of 2007, this research came to reveal the reality of the spatial discrepancy of the phenomenon studied in the district of Chabayish, and the research was taken from the administrative units at the level of the judiciary as a field for it, as the field study was adopted in the research.  The most important findings of the research are an increase in the number of rural women throughout the district, as the number of rural women for the year 2020 reached (5084) from the results of the research also that most women are married and the illiteracy rate has increased, as well as practicing all agricultural and animal activities, and that the majority of women  Rural women suffer from insufficient income.
