Irrational Thoughts of The Educational Counselor

The current research aims to identify the level of irrational thoughts among educational counselors, as well as the significance of the differences in irrational thoughts among educational counselors according to the variable of gender and service (male, female).2022 -2023. Their number is (370) male and female counselors, and the research sample was chosen randomly, amounting to (200) male and female counselors. The researcher also used appropriate statistical methods to reach the required research results, and the researcher got each of the following results:
1-Educational counselors have an exaggerated concern about rejection from others, or that others' point of view negative.
2-He prefers isolation from mixing, so he avoids changing his lifestyle and relationships for fear of changes.
3-The educational counselors give great importance to the positive evaluation of the teaching staff.
The researcher has made several recommendations and proposals according to the results of the current research.
