The research studied England's relations with Normandy and Wales during the reign of King William the Red. In the starting, Duke Robert the eldest brother of king William the red, coreted the throne of England. In addition to the role of the nobles who preferred his eldest brother Robert for of his simple personality there fore king William the red wanted the Duchy of Normandy was annexed to England. The Duchy of Normandy became in the cantor of king Williams the red was not typical but rather in his military methods he maintained his independence.
