The Reality Of Crisis Management In Institutions

Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of crisis management in higher education institutions at the University of Baghdad. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The sample consisted of (240) male and female members. The research results showed that the university was committed to the planning process before the crisis occurred and evaluating the results after the crisis ended through the presence of a development unit within the university, making decisions and committing to future predictions, and the importance of communication as an important factor in crisis management..
