Abstract

 The narrative remained lush, extending to encompass all the stories of human beings since the beginning of creation and its first primitive narratives, to the present time when writers and creators compete to review their artistic capabilities in storytelling/narration, to provide artistic narratives that express their ability and professionalism in fiction writing in particular, including Zafón, who gave us his labyrinth, which exhausted all the techniques of narrative narrative in a pleasant, subtle manner, in which he harnessed technologies to be his means of manipulating the narrative threads and the frequency of events, to present many themes: the book, its function and its fate are the most prominent and important, so we traversed the maze of manifold and wrapped technologies to reach one of the important ideas put forward by Zafón in his unique series, books, and turned into a means of preservation and resistance to forgetting, and then its necessity for preservation and safety from the judgments issued by others against it, and this preservation turned into death and absence, so the book was a ship carrying the identity of its writer, and the identity of the adherents of its ideas, sailing between the waves of memory and oblivion, making it impossible for one of them.
