Abstract

    Design of satisfaction scale for the captain role of Iraqi heads some games teams.

The Problem of Research: 

We haven't any scale to measuring of satisfaction for the captain role of Iraqi heads some games teams , therefore we see design scale for this an important psychological environment .It also has effect upon the rest of team .

The aim of research

 The aim is represented by preparing and designing scale to the satisfaction for the captain role Iraqi heads of some games teams.

Research symbol

    The number of research symbol are amount (112) players represented by captain of four games team as follow (football , basketball, volleyball, handball ).

Conclusion

1. we found out tool design for measuring of captain satisfaction

    the Iraqi teams heads in team games.

1. we found out four scopes to measuring of satisfaction about captain

     role for the Iraqi teams heads team games as follow(  self confidence,

      sport perform ,captain sport, social relations) .

 3.The deed number of measuring items are (35) items. There are (18)

       positive items and there are (17) negative items .

An important recommendation

1.The trainers able to us satisfaction scale about the captain role of the 

    team heads to assertion that stress and competences will not be

    negative effect over the captain team psychology.

1. We can use this scale to discover the relationship of satisfaction

    about the role with others psychological changes  or with the results

     of match.

1. we can use this scale to compare between the satisfaction of teams

     heads in football, basketball, handball, and volleyball.
