Since its establishment in 1945, the Arab League has resolved Arab problems and disputes. After the Arab Joint Defense Treaty entered into force in August 1952, we will focus on the role of the Arab League through the conferences of the Arab summits to solve the Arab problems, the most important of which is the Palestinian issue, Diverted the waters of the Jordan River, which began in 1962. The conference focused on the conference held in Cairo in January 1964 at the invitation of Gamal Abdel Nasser and the Alexandria conference in September 1965 to address the threat to Jerusalem. Two years later, the Khartoum conference was held after the June 5, 1967 war, known as the " Arab League to hold another conference in Rabat at the end of 1969, which was devoted to the mobilization of Arab energies to confront the Zionist threats The impact of violent clashes between Palestine and Jordan known as the Black September summit was held in Cairo in September 1970 ended the cease-fire between the two sides.
