The aim of the study was to find out the impact of the training program on the development of self-awareness among students in the preparatory stage.
There was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group exposed to the training program and the average score of the control group in the post-test to measure self-awareness.
The total number of female students in the experimental group was (20) female students and the number of students in the control group (20) students after they were rewarded in a number of variables The researcher has adopted the self-awareness scale prepared by (Al-Badiri, 2015) and presented the scale to a group of experts with competence and the measure has the credibility And the researcher prepared a training program based on it Daniel Gollman model and also outlined the program's evaluation procedures to show how effective the program is in achieving its goals. The statistical methods used in the research included (square Kay, Alpha Kronbach equation, the test of two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, Aita square, Manny test, Smirnov test, Shapiro test). The results of the statistical analysis showed positive changes for the students participating in the training program. The experimental group surpassed the control group with statistically significant differences, indicating that the training program has a great impact on the development of self-awareness.
