Abstract

When faced with students the problems in the affairs of their school , it is our duty they have to be able to study the things around them are important as providing them with the knowledge and influence in their business mentality , and therefore ways of thinking students should be not just think about ordinary can do , especially if they knew that there pursuant whatever is required of them performed , but they must invest their energies and potential are vigilant always , cannot be the mental abilities alone that benefit them greatly when they solved a problem or when they are sitting on a terrace and pens legislator to write, as the memory of personal events that they own sponsor , because keeping them walking in all aspects and positions of school life , in particular, and life in general , recalling educators , especially in the developed world when exchanging conversations among themselves the need to work on the importance of memory personal events in the brains of students and dedication to serve them and make them an integral part of the system behavior everyday for them , in order to create a new generation is able to cope with cutting-edge technology , informatics, digital , and we especially at the beginning of the second decade of the third millennium , which saw the birth of a new generation of so-called digital generation .
Therefore, the goal of current research to know :

  • measuring the level of personal memory of events among the students of the fifth grade science .
  • Identify the differences statistically significant at the level of personal memory of events among the students of the fifth grade science .

    To achieve these goals , the researcher built a measure of the memory of the events of personal and after verification of properties Alsekoumtria of the scale , has been applied to a sample of 200 students from fifth grade students the scientific center of the province of Babylon were chosen the way of progress random and both sexes ( males - and females) .
    After data collection and processing statistical correlation coefficient using equations Bay Point Cyril , test t)) for the sample and one independent , test (t) for the two samples , and the Chi-square test .

Was reached the following results :

1 - The current research explained that the curriculum and teaching methods to humbles the importance of individual differences among students both in their tactics or knowledge in their cognitive abilities .
2 - The lack of curriculum and instruction provided to students and the lack of specialists in the field of training on these capabilities compared to the foreground.

3 - There are no statistically significant differences in the memory of personal events on variable according to sex ( males - females) .

Was also put many of the recommendations of the most important are the following:
Interest and update the curriculum to include programs for personal memory of events , especially in the initial stages of education
- Make personal memory of events within the curriculum because of its great importance in the development of the minds of students .

As has been the development of many of the proposals was the most important are the following:


- Conduct a comparative study when talented and ordinary to see the level of possession for personal memory of events
