Challenges Face Teaching Institutes in Utilizing New Technology

       The present study aims at estimating the challenges that face Higher Education Institutes in using new technology from the point of view of teaching staff of College of Education for human sciences in Kerbala University according to two variables (type and academic achievement). The sample of the study consists of 100 university teachers who respond to a questionnaire contains 24 items divided equally on three domains according to likert scale. Results are analysed statistically According to (spss). The study concludes that there are big challenges face using new technology in higher study institutes. According to the results obtained the researchers submit some suggestions and recommondations that are in harmony with the research result
