We conclude from the above that the environmental studies of city street planning and the traffic problem did not take a prominent place in the previous basic plans of the city except for some theories to limit the urban growth and separation of uses and achieve the city's lungs. In general, these environmental considerations did not take importance in planning except in recent years in developed countries where The importance of the integration and application of these considerations in the urban plans emerged when the environmental problems and the increasing number of cars and population resulting from technological development, reconstruction, construction and development itself on the urban reality and became the environmental dimension It is possible to say that there are environmental considerations that can be applied by laws, policies and implementation mechanisms as well as environmental considerations that the urban plan should consider in the master plan and environmental experts to review before and during the implementation of the general plan of streets within the city.
