Psychological courage among middle school teachers

The current research aims to identify:
- The degree of psychological courage among middle school teachers.
- Significance of differences according to the variable of sex and specialization.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a measure of psychological courage based on the theory of the scientist (Daniel Putman, 2004). The current research community was determined by middle school teachers in the Wasit Governorate Center (Kut city) for the academic year 2019/2020. A random sample of proportional distribution was selected. The number of teachers reached (400) teachers and schools, as well as the researcher extracted the psychometric properties of the scale, and the researcher also used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data, and the results of the current research showed (that middle school teachers have a high level of psychological courage, as the results indicated He found statistically significant differences attributable to the heterosexual in favor of males, and specialization in favor of the scientific, and in light of the findings of the researcher, a set of recommendations and proposals were developed.
