Abstract

Is a series of negotiations between the two Soviet delegations headed by Joseph Stalin and the Chinese headed by Foreign Minister Song in the Soviet capital of Moscow between June 1945 with the aim of concluding a treaty of friendship between them. After reaching an agreement on the different issues between them, Foreign affairs, port management, railway and other issues, the Treaty was signed on 14 August 1945.
