Abstract

concern in future of educational and pedagogical institutions and the workers there. Hence, it has become difficult for those working to specify the problems and the decisions taken. The crisis is part related to the life of individuals and a source of worry for the administrative leadership and the workers alike for the difficulty of controlling them due to the changes and developments. The importance of this study came from that the concept of crisis has become a widespread concept in our contemporary societies and has become in one way or another touching upon all aspects of life. It has become necessary that there is a leadership that have modern methodology in managing the crisis and taking the right decision.

The research population in confined to all the teachers who work in Al-Mustansriya University colleges of 4.941 persons for the academic year (2017-2018). The researcher determined the group of terminology of the study. The theoretical aspect includes a group of procedures that she followed in her research. A sample of 370 persons which is %7.84 of the total sample. The researcher built an instrument through reviewing the past literature and studies, as well as posing an open question. The validity and constancy was performed on the tool, then the researcher and then displayed them and explained. Then a group of findings and results were put.
