التحديات المعرفية والانفعالية التي تواجه طلبة الكلية التربوية المفتوحة

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على التحديات المعرفية والانفعالية التي تواجه طلبة الكلية التربوية المفتوحة، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية في هذه التحديات تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والفئة العمرية. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم بناء مقياسين خاصين: الأول للتحديات المعرفية (20 فقرة) موزعة على أربعة مجالات (التركيز، الحفظ، بطء المعالجة، التنظيم الذاتي)، والثاني للتحديات الانفعالية (25 فقرة) موزعة على خمسة مجالات (القلق، الإحباط، الدافعية، الكفاءة الذاتية، الخوف من المقارنة). طُبق البحث على عينة أساسية بلغت (200) طالب وطالبة بمركز واسط الدراسي للعام 2025-2026.
أظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة يعانون من مستوى مرتفع من التحديات المعرفية والانفعالية، حيث تجاوزت المتوسطات الحسابية المتوسط الفرضي. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما وجدت فروق دالة تعزى لمتغير الفئة العمرية ولصالح الفئات الأكبر سناً (41-55 سنة)، مما يشير إلى زيادة حدة التحديات مع التقدم في العمر وتراكم الالتزامات الحياتية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تصميم برامج دعم أكاديمي ونفسي تراعي خصائص المتعلمين البالغين لتقليل العبء المعرفي وتحسين جودة التعلم المفتوح.
