الملخص

   The purpose of this research is to find out (the Effect of the strategy and willen and Phillips in the achievement of students in the fifth grade of primary science). To achieve this, the following hypothese was developed(There are no statistically significant difference on the level marker (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who study according to the strategy (Willen and Phillips), and the average score of the students of the control group who study according to the usual method in the collection of science).                                                                  

      This research was limited to the students of the fifth grade primary school in Warka Primary Mixed School in the city of Kut, the center of Wasit province for the academic year (2017-2018) for the second semester. The sample consisted of (52) students and students with (26) students and students of the experimental group and (26) students and students of the control group. The study groups (experimental and control) were rewarded with variables (age of months calculated, months of schooling, parents 'achievement, mothers' educational attainment, grade of material, Science half-year, intelligence).             

       The research tools were represented by the collection test consisting of (40) multiple choice type distributed at the first three levels of classification (Knowledge, understanding, application). The researcher achieved his sincerity by presenting him to a group of experts and arbitrators (The titular test of two independent samples, the kayster Richardson equation (20) , and the Eta square) After the application of the experiment, student testing, correcting the answers, and statistical processing of the data using the Social Sciences Statistical Package (sssp), the results showed the following The students of the experimental group who studied the principles of science.
