حقوق المرأة في الوراثة والتملك في بريطانيا من المكناكارتا الى عام 1926

يتحدث البحث في أطار حقوق الملكية والميراث الذي ساد في بريطانيا لمدة طويلة، والذي تم بموجبه سلب حقوق المرأة لاسيما المتزوجة منها من حقها في الملكية والوراثة وكل ما تعلق بهما من حقوق أخرى مثل حق الحضانة والتصويت وغيرها، بعد أن تقرر وفق قانون عرف بالسترة أن تصبح المرأة وزوجها كيان واحد غير منفصل مما عنى زوال وجودها وكينونتها القانونية وسمح بانتقال كل حقوقها واملاكها الى زوجها، كما عالج البحث أهم القوانين التي ازالت المفهوم كقانون عام 1870، وقانون عام 1882، وقانون عام 11922، وغيرها.
