يتناول هذا البحث تحليل الاشارات الشخصية والمكانية والزمانية في الدستور العراقي عن طريق اختيار مجموعة من المواد من الدستور وتحليلها طبقا لتصنيف لفنسن للإشارات .تستخدم الاشارات لتحليل النصوص والكلام لمعرفة من المتكلم متى واين ومن خلالها نتعرف على انسجام النص وترابط الجمل والافكار. يهدف البحث الى توضيح جميع انواع الاشارات الموجودة في الدستور العراقي من خلال اختيار مجموعة من المواد الدستورية وتوضيح مبدأ الصح والخطأ والوضوح والغموض من خلال عرض استخدام هذا الاشارات وتوظيفها من قبل كتاب الدستور . من خلال الدراسة تبين ان هناك بعض الاخطاء والغموض في استخدام هذه الاشارات الشخصية والمكانية والزمانية التي جعلت بعض المواد الدستورية غامضه وغير محدده .
