Abstract

                This research aims to get acquainted with the effect of the guidance program in reducing bullying behavior and developing self-organization among middle school students, and the current research is determined by middle school students (fourth literary grade) in the morning government schools of the Salahuddin Education Directorate for the academic year  (2018-2019).

   To achieve the goal of the research, two schools were chosen, one for male students and the other for female students from schools of the research community. And male and female teachers were used to identify students who suffer from the problem of bullying behavior and weakness in self-organization. They numbered (60) students, and they also built a counseling program. For the purpose of verifying research procedures and results, Alba used A second statistical pouch (spss) current research to reach a number of results and provide researchers with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
