Tourism trends for the four theoretical chapters in Iraq, Tourism Climate Index (TCL).

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the largest and fastest-growing global industries. It is a contributing factor to national industries and local economies around the world. The relationship between climate and tourism is multifaceted and complex, as the climate represents a vital resource that is exploited and an important limiting factor that poses risks that must be managed from the tourism industry and tourists alike. All tourist destinations and operators are sensitive to the climate to an important degree, and the climate impacts mainly on travel planning and travel experience.

The climate is an important factor in developing the activities of the Tourism Department, and the main objective of this study is to study the climate impacts during the year on tourism and recreational activities in Iraq, through the use of the Tourism Climate Index (TCI). The results indicated that the winter solstice had appeared in the region The good is the most regions that were recorded in the stations (central, southern), while I said in the northern stations. As for the spring equinox, the most obvious appeared in the ideal region, as it is the best conditions for tourist activities, as the stations of the southern and central regions recorded the most frequent, as it decreases in stations the northern region, Me What was unacceptable in the summer solstice is the most obsessed, as it is

more extreme in the southern and northern regions and less in the central region, in addition to that the northern and central region recorded the highest repetitions of the good region well in the autumnal moderation, and it is said in the southern region that the use of this indicator for climate Tourist (TCI) is a new attempt to determine the most appropriate and ideal tourism, according to the four theoretical climatic chapters.
