Developing the Optimal Model for a Media Strategy on Security Issues in Iraq

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective media strategy model for addressing security issues in Iraq by identifying the frameworks and media channels most influential in raising public awareness and enhancing security stability. The study also seeks to propose strategic solutions that contribute to overcoming the current security challenges in Iraq through improving coordination between media and security entities, enhancing media credibility, and combating fake news and rumors that may threaten national security. The researcher will use the Quadruple Analytical Method in the study: the SWOT tool, which is one of the strategic analysis tools, is used to identify four key points: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, which form the acronym SWOT. The study concluded with several findings: Iraqi security media has the ability to deliver clear and direct messages, especially during crises, thus enhancing trust between the public and security forces.
