Managerial Excellence among primary School Principals from the perspective of Educational Staff Members

The current research aims to identify the following:
Recognizing the level of managerial excellence among primary school principals from the perspective of teaching staff members.
Determining the statistical significance of differences based on variables such as gender, academic qualification, years of service, and job location.
To achieve the research objectives, the researchers adopted the descriptive correlational method, and developed a scale to measure managerial excellence among primary school principals as perceived by the teaching staff. The scale was then applied to a randomly selected research sample consisting of 400 male and female teachers.
Data were collected and statistically analyzed. The psychometric properties of the scale (validity and reliability) were verified. Subsequently, the scale was applied to the final sample, which is the same as the one used for statistical analysis. The researchers used the SPSS statistical package and arrived at the following results:
Primary school principals demonstrate managerial excellence from the perspective of the teaching staff members.
There are statistically significant differences in the level of managerial excellence among primary school principals from the perspective of the teaching staff, according to the variables of gender, years of service, academic qualification, and job location.
In light of the results obtained, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
