The study sheds light on the sanctity of the bull among Arabs before Islam and finds similarities in the beliefs of the ancient Near East. He briefly reviewed the sanctity of the bull in ancient Iraq, ancient Egypt, ancient Syria, Anatolia and ancient Iran, This sanctity is embodied in the conjunction of the bull with a number of goddesses fertile, promised a symbol of the animal number of them, in addition to his presence in the ancient Arab beliefs, especially in the rituals of ascites.
