Abstract

Our paper was an analytical study to the script that relied by Al-Maqrizi in introducing his recitation on the Prophet Mohammed’s feudality of Palestine’s Hebron and Eiun (or Einun) villages to Tamim Ben Aws Al-Dari.

After studying and analyzing the script, it was found that this message was sent as the Sahabi’s name, who tells after the Prophet, was dropped directly. In such cases, this message regarded as undependable.

Although the recitation was sent, the incident, i.e. the Prophet’s feudality to Tamim Al-Dari, was as famous as it cannot be thought to be unhappened. Our opinion was proved throughout the paper’s pages, and we mentioned the intentions that may led Al-Maqrizi to depend on this recitation in spite of his wide readings and his specializing in the Prophet Biography.
