Abstract

Corruption is the old social phenomenon in terms of the presence but they are new in terms of its widespread use, which exceeds the borders and barriers between nations, and the become corruption a negative impact on moral values, justice, equality and the rule of law, leading to destabilization of the spirit of citizenship and impeding the development plans and programs of the construction. So were several proposed strategies on the aggressive corruption and ways of addressing it. Foremost among these strategies (publication ways) in various forms print, visual, audio and electronic). The goal of the publication ways is not just a transfer of information, but beyond that to become the message from which to influence and change. The publication ways its the best weapon of aggressive corruption, the publication are  journalistic coverage of the issues of corruption in the Iraqi new press.
