      The world is witnessing accelerating changes to a form that makes it possible to stand up to all these changes and study them and develop appropriate solutions and treatments for them, for what serves the Arab Gulf states in general and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in particular, and among these important variables is the Chinese Silk Road Strategy, of which the pearl contract is one of its components The task, as this contract, which is represented by ports, harbors, straits, airports and important markets, is one of the basic building blocks in these strategies that China put forward to restore the glories of the Chinese empire that flourished in the past relying on the historical silk road that started China through Central Asia and the Iran and the land of black up to the Mediterranean and then to Europe, or through Turkey to Europe, which will enable China, according to China's international vision to re-balance the international system and regained the bi-polar.
